I'm Kyoko - So glad you're here!

I’m a Japan Licensed former teacher with experience in daycare, preschool, and kindergarten, and I once ran a small English immersion preschool in Japan called CoCoKids. I built this preschool to feel like a home, a place where every child felt deeply loved, accepted, and safe. There, I developed a gentle, connection-based approach to learning inspired by love, play, and daily routines ,which I call CoCoKids method.

I’ve always believed that when children feel secure and supported, they naturally open up to learning and grow in beautiful, unexpected ways.

At CoCoKids, I saw this belief come to life, seeing children truly blossom in that nurturing environment.

These experiences inspired me to start cocogreen, where I support family learning and connection.

Through the CoCoKids method, I also witnessed children from non-English-speaking homes naturally pick up English in a joyful, nurturing setting—many were fully bilingual by age 4.

My hope is to bring that same stress-free, joyful experience to your home, whether you’d like to introduce Japanese (or English) into your daily life, or simply create more meaningful, connected learning moments together as a family.
